Sarah Gordon grew up in Conneticut and started riding at five years old. 

As she got older, she went to high school at The Ethel Walker School where she continued to ride. Finishing out her junior years, she rode at Beacon Hill Show Stables.

She then went on to get a Bachelors Degree in Advertising at the Savannah College of Art & Design. She spent four years riding & showing for the SCAD IHSA team with many top results. 

After graduating from SCAD, she spent many years riding and managing along the East & West coast before starting Golden Farm.
